Due to inclement weather, causing us to lose more than 1/2 the games on either the 1st or 2nd day of the tournament, we will use the third day to complete pool play. We will start championship play as early as possible on Saturday. There will be a small delay in between pool play and the start of championship play, for us to seed or place teams.

For any reasons days are loss thru the course of the tournament, the fourth day of the tournament will then become Championship play. All consolation games will be canceled for Saturday. We will schedule consolation games on Sunday. Teams, who intended to stay and play consolation games, will need to notify by e-mail tournament direct by 4:00 Saturday.

Due to inclement weather and the loss of play on either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd day of play, the following format will be used. We will complete pool play first.

In age groups with 33 teams or more, the top 8 teams and or all undefeated teams after pool play will advance to Championship play. Age groups with 32 and under, the top 4 teams and or all undefeated teams after pool play will advance to Championship play. Based on overall record, Runs allowed, Run Differential, and last flip of a coin.

The tournament directors reserve the right to change the tournament format at any time, due to inclement weather; this is in order to complete the tournament to championship games.
